The Pevensey windpump came from an old clay pit near Pevensey and Westham
Station. This is a rare survival of a wooden windpump, a type which must have
been quite common at one time.

Open daily, mid-February to December. (see

during summer time;
10.30-16.00 rest of the year. Parties by prior arrangement.
