SE of Stoke-on-Trent, at Meir Heath. From M6 exit 15 or 16 take the A500 towards Stoke-on-Trent, then the A50 to Meir, follow the A520 to Meir Heath and take the second exit at the first roundabout and the first exit at the next, the Windmill will be in view on the left. 

A small mid-18th century 3-storey tower mill, in the car park of a pub, being restored by a local volunteer group.
