Open as the Waffle House restaurant. Housed in a timber and brick 3-storey building, the mill has a low breastshot waterwheel with all machinery, which turns for demonstration. The workings of the mill, restored in 1972, with 2 pairs of millstones, may still be viewed within the restaurant.  The restaurant serves sweet and savoury waffles and light meals all day.
