The mill is accessed on foot from Dunster Castle car park. There is no parking at the mill itself.

The mill was restored in 1979 and is fully operational. It is a stone building with twin overshot waterwheels, thought to date from the late 17th century. The mill is owned and now managed by the National Trust. Tearoom adjacent, similar hours.

Daily, Early March to end October, 10.00 -17.00. For dates go to web site.

National Mills Weekend opening times 2016
Saturday & Sunday, 10.00-17.00. It is hoped that both waterwheels will be running, milling wholegrain flour for sale.
