In Bellingham Lane, Rayleigh, on the W side of the town centre, next to Rayleigh Mount.

A large brick tower mill built about 1809. No machinery remains inside.
A structural renovation of the 19th century brick-built building, has now been completed. The external brickwork has been repaired and the interior has been turned into four storeys of modern display facilities. The first floor contains an accredited museum with particular emphasis placed on photographs, archives, wartime, domestic, farming and business items that have a direct link to Rayleigh. The second floor houses exhibition space and the top floor displays information about Rayleigh Mount.
