At Halnaker, about 3 miles NE of Chichester. Footpath leads to mill.
A small, stone tower mill built about 1800 and clad with tiles at a later date, with cap
and skeleton sails. No machinery or floors inside the tower. The County Council
removed the sails 'for safety reasons' three years ago. It is hoped that
they will replace them and do other repairs to the tower this year. Work
on the tower has already started and the tower is covered in scaffolding.
