In Warwick Bridge, 5 miles E of Carlisle, just of A69.

A large three-storey mill, built in red sandstone, with a pyramidal roof.  To the south of the mill an extension houses the 14-ft diameter x 10-ft wide mid-breast waterwheel.
On the first floor are five pairs of stones, three pairs of French burrs and two of the locally quarried red Lazonby stones for animal feed.
