A 4-storey watermill, formerly a fulling mill and a silk mill, restored in 1996. An 1888 Armfield turbine can operate four pairs of stones and other machinery producing animal feed. A crossflow turbine, installed in 2003, drives a generator connected to the grid. 

Opening times
Not open to individuals for day visits, other than for the National Gardens Scheme. At all other times viewings are strictly by appointment only.
In 2016, we will open for the National Gardens Scheme on Sunday 10th July, between 2pm and 5pm. Entry prices are £6 per adult and accompanied children free.  This includes a tour of the mill.
Group visits are welcome between May and September by arrangement; please contact us for details. We have a minimum charge of £300.   If you have a larger group of 40 or over then the charge is £7.50 per head. These prices include entry to the garden, mill tour, tea and cake.
