In Mill Lane, off Bowes Gates Road, Bunbury, between A49 and A51, about 3 miles SE of Tarporley.
A 3-storey brick mill building of about 1850. The mill stopped work after a flood in 1960, and was restored in
1975-77 under a job creation scheme to working order. The mill is now operated
by volunteers under a local charitable trust, producing wholemeal and spelt flour on three pairs of
millstones. Guided tours and light refreshments, as well as flour, are
sold at the visitor centre.
