About 9 miles E of Dundee, 2 miles W of Carnoustie, between A92 and A930. Follow brown signs.

A 3-storey red sandstone water powered oatmeal mill, rebuilt in 1814 following a fire, incorporating an earlier round kiln. Last worked commercially 1982. Bought by National Trust for Scotland 1988. All remaining machinery works for demonstration, grinding animal feed. Milling demonstrations Sunday afternoons.

Opening Times
April to October , Mondays, and Thursday to Saturday, 12.00 - 17.00. Sundays 13.00 – 17.00. Free entry National Mills Sunday.  Parties by arrangement.
